eCommerce Marketing Analyst

We’re seeking a marketing tactician that turns marketing, customer, and performance data into actionable marketing campaigns and UX changes.

Primarily responsible for the tactical implementation and optimization of FCP Euro’s marketing campaigns, the ideal candidate will take an empirical approach to improve campaign reach and performance. They will document their findings and help FCP Euro improve the experience we deliver to our customers.

On a day to day basis, the eCommerce Marketing Analyst will work within a passionate group of marketers. For this job to be a good fit, you must excel in a team environment and be able to work symbiotically with other experts to produce an outcome greater than yourself.

Primary job roles:

  • Email campaign development & optimization

  • Paid marketing management & optimization

  • Cross-platform attribution modeling, campaign tracking & reporting

  • Customer data management, mining & compliance

Proficient in

  • Paid advertising (Google & Facebook) Management

  • Attribution modeling & campaign tracking

  • Campaign experience optimization

  • Copywriting & product messaging

  • HTML / CSS / JavaScript and capable of integrating with third party API’s.

Bonus points if proficiency in

  • SQL, Ruby and/or Python

  • HubSpot and/or Spree

Email campaign development & optimization

As the eCommerce Marketing Analyst, you’d be responsible for the successful delivery of all of FCP Euro’s marketing email including recurring, event-driven, and bespoke email campaigns. You will work with the Marketing Manager to identify overarching email strategy and then be tasked with crafting, sending, and optimizing email delivery with the support of a full creative team.

Success is

Crafting predictable and scalable email campaigns that are representative of the FCP Euro brand to help FCP Euro educate, entertain, obtain, and retain customers. Success will be measured by email deliverability, click-through rate, time on site, and conversion rate.

Paid marketing management & optimization

As the eCommerce Marketing Analyst, you’d be responsible for the daily management & optimization of our Google and Facebook paid campaigns. Given a fixed budget, you will work to improve the targeting & experience of our existing campaigns while uncovering new opportunities to better acquire and retain customers. The right candidate will have a strong understanding of the buyer’s journey and how that dictates campaign structure, placement, and budgeting.

Success is

Achieving a target ROAS across Google and Facebook with a fixed budget. Assisting our content and social media team in hitting content and following growth goals.

Cross-platform attribution modeling, campaign tracking & reporting

As the eCommerce Marketing Analyst, you’d be responsible for identifying and maintaining a comprehensive model of how we attribute marketing efforts and educating the organization on how to use this model to make accurate decisions. This includes maintaining and enforcing accurate campaign tracking processes as well as crafting and auditing regular reporting.

Success is

Improving FCP Euro’s attribution accuracy, consistency, and visibility.

Customer data management, mining & compliance

As the eCommerce Marketing Analyst, you’d be responsible for the marketing team’s utilization of the customer data we collect to broaden internal context and improving touchpoint personalization. This means you’ll need to spearhead the accurate synchronization and usage of data across Facebook, Google, Spree, HubSpot & more.

Success is

Synchronizing FCP Euro’s customer data sources, mining this data to craft hypothesis, and maintaining customer data compliance.
