Maintenance Associate

The maintenance associate at FCP Euro will report to the operations engineer and entails a little more than one would assume! The ideal candidate will wear many hats and be responsible for anything related to maintenance, cleanliness, organization, upkeep, tactical assistance, and strategic collaboration within the entire facility and grounds. The scope of the role is quite large but can be boiled down to very specific tasks.


  • Perform routine cleaning sweeps including floors, walls, glass, lights, tables, etc

  • Manage replenishment of consumables throughout kitchen, back office, and restrooms

  • Complete small projects such as painting walls, hanging items, replacing lights, etc

  • Utilize facility maintenance software to manage and document repairs, maintenance, and supplies reordering

  • Assist or lead in the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery, equipment, physical structures, and infrastructure as it pertains to FCP Euro’s back office, fulfillment center, or indoor/outdoor grounds

  • Forge positive relationships with outside vendors, including property manager, landlord, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure items are performed in a timely manner with full alignment from all parties

  • Maintain, diagnose, and repair basic hydraulic and pneumatic equipment

  • Assist engineering department in assembly, upkeep, and repair of automated and semi-automated equipment not limited to conveyors, packaging equipment, and extruded aluminum framing

  • Perform basic maintenance tasks such as painting and repairing walls to ensure that the building is properly maintained


  • Exhibits excellent customer service internally and externally

  • Not only takes direction well, but actively participates in continuous improvement

  • Is a self starter and needs little supervision when given a task

  • Is open to new ideas and collaborates with peers

  • Takes pride in all they do regardless of the task at hand


  • You're mechanically proficient, especially with distribution equipment

  • Forklift certified

  • Strong computer skills, familiar with Google Drive

  • Have used software to manage facility maintenance activities

  • Are a car enthusiast

  • Excellent communication and listening skills

  • Familiar with building code, safety regulations, and other legal topics regarding commercial development

Compensation is $15.00 - $20.00 based on experience and includes full benefits and our employee bonus plan.
