FCP Euro Custodian

The custodian at FCP Euro is a first shift position and will report to the operations engineer. Responsibilities include cleaning, maintenance, organization, upkeep, and tactical assistance within the entire facility and grounds. The scope of the role can be best boiled down to acting as the bridge between cleaning crew visits. There is potential for growth and upward mobility, provided the ideal candidate excels within their role and has the desire to advance to a maintenance and/or supervisory role once the basics are consistently met over time.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall cleanliness and organization of all back office and shared spaces within the FCP Euro facility

  • Perform routine cleaning sweeps including kitchens, restrooms, meeting spaces, office areas, and motorsports equipment

  • Must be comfortable cleaning restrooms

  • Order and replenish consumables throughout kitchen, restrooms, meeting spaces, office areas, and motorsports equipment

  • Must be willing to take direction well, show initiative, and tackle a daily to-do list

  • Be proactive, if something needs attention, handle it!

  • Utilize facility maintenance software to manage and document repairs, maintenance, and supplies reordering

  • Forge positive relationships with outside vendors, including property managers, landlord, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure items are performed in a timely manner with full alignment from all parties

  • Perform basic maintenance tasks such as painting and repairing walls to ensure that the building is properly maintained

  • Assist engineering team with small projects

Compensation

Compensation is $15.00 - $20.00 based on experience and includes full benefits and our employee bonus plan.
